Jim and Lynda " Sam " McVea reside on site. The
McVeas have a gift for hospitality & perpetuate the
charming history of the home. They are active
members of many local, state, and national
organizations and conform to Louisiana Bed &
Breakfast guidelines.
They have hosted guests from all over the world.
Since their purchase and restoration of this 165 year
old home it has been placed on the National Register
& has been selected for the Kiwanis Annual Tour of
Homes and Gardens.
Jim and "Sam" are presently attending a"MASTER GARDENER" class which will be completed soon. (When visiting you are invited to ask for cuttings or seeds to plant in your garden.)
We now have four (4) Quaker Parrots that reside with us in their own habitat (cage) near the Hammock house. They are such fun & our guests admit that it makes the place even more like the West Indies!
